Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Nicanor Bartolome (center) and Bulacan Police show to the media the confiscated illegal firecrackers “Goodbye Philippines” and “Bin Laden” during an inspection in Bocaue, Bulacan on Friday. The PNP and the Health Department stepped up its campaign to discourage revelers from using illegal firecrackers.
